Prague to Venice Treviso airport is serviced by SkyEurope. We got a flight last year for about 25 Koruna. It was cheap, fast and worth it.

I just did a quick search on www.whichbudget.com, and it looks like the following airlines fly Prague to Venice:
Venice Marco Polo Airport: Click4sky Airlines
Venice Treviso Airport: SkyEurope Airlines and WizzAir
I didn't check with the above airline websites to confirm the route, but hopefully something will work out for you.
