After 3 days in Amsterdam, will our flight to Porto be considered domestic? Are there special conditions in Porto that we need to prepare for? Is Portugal using the EES system? Any idea when the ETIAS System begins? So many questions!

Portugal and the Netherlands are 2 different countries, so your flight isn’t domestic nor is it considered to be that. However, since both Portugal and the Netherlands are Schengen countries, you won’t need to go through passport control when you depart from Amsterdam nor when you arrive in Porto.
EES only comes into play when you enter or exit the Schengen area.
