An interesting 22 hour layover has provided my wife and I an opportunity for a side trip to Belgrade. Any tips on what to do with 24 hours in Belgrade?
We arrive late at night and leave at 8pm the following day. We love history, food, drinks, off the beaten path or "weird" (we're from Portland). The fortress is the only thing I've seen so far during early research that's on the must-do list. Recommendations on sights, restaurants, bars, etc. are very welcome.
