I don't know if you can find them with 220V in the US, unless you find one that is dual voltage, but I do know you can order them from amazon.co.uk and they ship internationally. I don't know if this helps you at all, since I don't know where you're going and I don't know your situation, but I'll throw it out there for you. Seems to me that buying one when you arrive would be a good option.
