In Nov. we posted our vat refund application in a yellow box in Barcelona airport. We had it stamped by the customs agent. We have had no word yet. Is this normal or are we just out of luck. Thanks for any info.

Call them. I've had it take as long as six months before but this is a bit much. Probably got lost in the shuffle.

I would follow up on this immediately as I have never had one take very long. Were you having the refund posted to your credit card? Do you have a copy of the original refund application? I would contact my credit card company and see what they say and also the company that was handling the refund.
