carry on luggage

We are flying to Madrid in June on Air Canada. I am intending to take a carryon suitcase (eagle creek) and my camelback backpack. Does anyone have any experience on how strict Air Canada is on weight restriction. Their website says 22 lbs per carryon.

Make sure your camel back is not filled. they won't let you take it on the plane.

Richard, ALL carriers are extremely strict on baggage weight. We have learned to travel light (we spend 3 weeks at a time w/ one bag per person) and buy items we need/forgot.
