Itinerary advice

So here is the plan, any advice?

Arrive Amsterdam in AM from Canada. Spend one night, then fly to Prague next morning.
4 nights Prague (train in)
2 nights Cesky Krumlov (bus or train in)
2 nights Vienna (train in)
13 nights Italy (train in) (Venice, Florence, and then Cinque Terre, Tuscany area) car rental for Tuscany, cinque terra ?
4 nights Barcelona (fly in)
3 nights Amsterdam (fly in)

any thoughts would be very helpful!

Two thoughts only.

You may have done this, but research those air connections closely to avoid surprises. Where are the airports? How will you get to and from? How much are tickets? That sort of thing.

Second, and this is pretty basic, don't visit Amsterdam twice. For instance, using your proposed itinerary, either fly in to Prague or home from Barcelona. Saves money and time, all else equal.
