does anyone know what places this ticket gets you into? it seems like a great deal! also, how to book neuschwanstein/hohenschwangau tickets in advance if you want to buy this 14 day card? thanks for the help in this matter.

Go to www.schloesser.bayern.de. Click on "English". That will show you a map of all the places. Click on "..admission charges". The next page gives a link to information on the pass. You can buy the pass at the ticket counter at the first place you go to. It's a good deal.
