I'm thinking of taking the above tour which dates are in October/November 2014. I would like to know that the weather is like temperature wise. (Hot/Cold)? Would I bring a jacket/coat?

Have you gone to that tour's web page and looked down to the lower right hand corner to see "Tour Weather". Check it out if you have not.

It'll definitely be chilly in IST. I was there 2 yrs ago 2nd week of Oct and it's chilly in the evening. in the city is a little better but when i took the golden horn cruise it was really cold on the water.
