Probably not unless things have changed significantly since I was in London last summer. You would have to see lots of sights very quickly to justify buying the London Pass by itself and it's more efficient to get an Oyster Card or Travelcard for moving about London. I'd advise you to forego the London Passes all together-- particularly since many sights in London are free-- and buy a Three Day Travelcard for your transportation needs once you get to London. The Tube and the bus system are very easy to navigate - you'll be able to move about London quite easily once you get there.
