10-12 day trip to Munich, Salzburg, Vienna and Prague??

Planning a trip end of June and would like to see Munich, Salzburg, Vienna and Prague. Not sure if this is too ambitious. Would like input on must see cities and how much time I would need in each. Would you fly in and out of Munich and travel by train or plane throughout?

Make it 12 days so that you don't have to rush. now the Question of flight to and from Munich, well it's possible if you go to Prague from munich and then Vienna and then Salzburg and then back to Munich or you may go in the reverse direction also. Now the time for each city, i think i would take 3 days in Munich, 2 days in Salzburg, 4 days in Vienna and 3 days in Prague. these travels can be easily done by train or you may prefer a bus between Prague and Munich or even between Prague and Vienna. But Except for Prague and Munich section i would go for a train every where. And if you are not getting a big discount deal in flight in and out from munich then you can fly out from Prague also. Bon voyage.

Munich - Prague - Vienna - Salzburg - Munich makes sense. All of it can be done by train. From Munich to Prague there is a bus run by German railroad company Deutsche Bahn. The bus is non-stop, with bathroom on board, beverages and snacks. Train takes longer. Between P. and V., V. and S. and S. and Munich train is faster than bus. M., P., V should have at least 3 days each, S. would be OK with 2.

You don't need to return to Munich. I would cut the last leg of ground transport and just travel by train Munich-Salzburg-Vienna-Prague. You book your flights into Munich and out from Prague as a "multi-city itinerary."
