The day we arrive in Paris we are thinking to go for a show that evening. Search on Google brings top 3 as Moulin Rouge, Crazy Horse and Lido.
I would like for any recommendation amongst these three or any other similar show.
thanks

If you are flying in from the US and then planning a show that evening, I think you may be too jet lagged to enjoy it. At roughly $100 per ticket, that is a big investment to lose if you fade halfway through.
we would coming in from London via eurostar and will be in hotel by 3:00 pm. we plan to visit near by Luxembourg Garden for an hour or so and later in evening planning to go for show.
hey hey BG (no so far neighbor)
we will be in Paris september 24 to oct 1 and want to see an evening show like you. i'm looking at Lido or Crazy Horse. read that moulin rouge is very tourist oriented (we are tourists) and long lines. lido is more edgier and a favorite in paris. crazy horse sexy, creative, erotic and classy

enjoy your time, remember to sit at cafe for a glass of vino and people watch. this will be my third trip to paris, my friend"s family are french basque (southern france) and had france in her blood and has to go every year or other so we are flying high again, can't wait. we are going to geneva 2 nights, annecy 6 nights, then paris 8 nights.

@ princess pupule Thanks. let me know what you find. we will be in Paris from Sep 10 to Sep 15 and i plan to book show tickets towards end of the month.
This show is spectacular! It's an immersive "lumieres" installation based on the works of Vincent Van Gogh. You don't watch this show...you wander around inside of it. Highly recommend.
All these cabaret shows are touristy and tourist oriented. So go based on reviews of show quality not with the idea that one is a favorite of locals -- none of them are.
For cabarets, I'd suggest Crazy Horse because it seemed a lot less touristy, but if you're into comedy how to become a parisian in one hour is really good too!
BG, this thread, running concurrently with yours, might be helpful....
Here's a good list of what's on. You have some shows in English + shows in French with English subtitles...Horror show experience, fringe theatre, broadways, Moliere, etc.

and then there's also cabaret shows:

I personally think Crazy Horse is the best.
