restaurant recommendations in Rouen

Does anyone have a restaurant they'd recommend for lunch in or around the historical center of Rouen? We're only spending a day there in October, and we'd love to enjoy a good, authentic meal, Normandy-style. I'm not looking for multiple Michelin stars necessarily, just fresh, delicious food. Our budget is flexible. We aren't big drinkers, so the wine list isn't important, though I might have a glass of wine or cider with a meal.

If there's a place you've eaten at and really enjoyed, please share?

Thanks!

Chez PP Jean is my absolute favorite and their ratatouille is the best I've ever had.

We were there July 12 and ate at Marcel next to the Modern Joan of Arc Church. It was OK, but if we were to go back, I would likely try one of the many other restaurants in that area around the church plaza. Seems like a lively and popular place and you are not eating on a sidewalk next to a street. Since we were driving, we parked at the underground lot right there, which turned out to be a good choice for a base.
We also saw the "Illumination" at the Cathedral but I do not know if that will continue into October.
Enjoy your trip and be safe!
