PASS Sanitare

Americans are supposed to be able to sign in and upload their vaccine information today, but I can't see how on their website. Anyone had success?

The only announcement from the French government, to my knowledge, has been instructions for French citizens, resident in the US, and how they may obtain a pass sanitaire.

I have seen nothing, from the French government, guaranteeing US citizens resident in the US, the ability to transfer a CDC card into a pass sanitaire.

I actually completed this form this morning and sent it in. The wording is somewhat ambiguous as to whether you must be a french national or if this can be used for tourists. I took a chance since everything I have read does say they were extending the process used for the French Nationals. We'll see what happens. Here is the link I followed to the form which I returned with a copy of my passport, drivers license and CDC Card. The link to the application is in the section "how to apply" and further down the page are the email addresses to send the docs to.

I will update if/when I hear anything back.

PS the form I posted is in French and it was in adobe. It wasn't translatable due to the format so you may have to type each section line by line which is what I did.

The form is not ambiguous; it requires a French passport. BUT please post back if this works.

I did this this morning. The website I was on and got my information from was clearly stating that they were doing this for tourists. You didn’t even put your passport information in. But when I went back later to look at the website and chat now so I don’t know if it worked or not

one warning when you’re getting all the documentation together my email was originally rejected because it was too big. I think the problem was I had printed off the Delta ticket from my email information which was several pages. I went back and replaced that with the screenshot of my flights on the Delta app and submitted that

Now I wait

My sister and I did this on the official government site yesterday. I did mine around 1:00 pm and she did hers about an hour or so later. She got hers back this morning by 9:00 a.m but I haven't received mine yet. We had all the same documentation and it does require you to put your arrival date in the European format in the subject line which I did. They are very clear that they do not want resubmissions or follow ups but I'm a little concerned. I will be more concerned if I don't have it back by tomorrow.

I was never asked for my test results, had to show vaccine card before the flight.
McDonald’s is only restaurant asking for pass Sanitaire so far and they excepted the CDC card.

Hopefully you don't have any other issues but I read some things that indicate is the cafes and restaurants that people are having the problem with. I am sure they don't want to be in the business of deciding what is legitimate and what isn't so they are probably being more insistent about the pass. I guess I will find out soon enough!

A question from a slightly technically challenged person: how are you sending the application and required documents? Do I take photos and attach them to an email with the required subject line?

The application form won’t let me fill it in online, so I’m guessing I fill it out by hand, sign it and scan it. Is that correct?

Thanks so much for your help

Sue,
On the application I copied and pasted it to a word document typed it out and then printed and signed it. Then I scanned the application and saved it to a pdf file. I scanned and saved as PDF for my passport, return ticket and CDC Card.
