Has anyone stayed at Minerve in the Lain Qtr of Paris? or the Des Nations Saint Germaine

I have stayed at their sister hotel, Hotel Familia, right next door. It was clean. Air conditioned. Low frills. I've heard the Minerve is a a tad nicer.

OP has started two threads today, this one and one under France reviews. OP, this won't make for the most effective and efficient conversation.
If I may make a suggestion, look at the one you posted under reviews and then answer the questions that forum participants had asked there, but answer them under this thread. (Yes, you can answer yourself as many times as you want.) I suggest this will give you the best results.
