Paris Hotel for a group of 14 adults

We need twin beds or triples (hard to find) because we have an odd number of women and men: 7 female and 3 male. My husband and I along with another couple are chaperones , so yes 10 students and 2 couples.

We arrive May 17, and stay 6 nights. The budget is a little over $15,000 including breakfast (if possible).

We have a reservation that ends today for Minerve in the Latin Quarter; they went up $3,000 on us so we are still looking. One that we are communicating with is Des Nations St. Germaine--Haven't heard back yet.

Thank you, everyone for your help and advise. Keep it coming.

Are they adults or children? I’m a little confused. You said you have an odd number of girls and boys but then you said you have 14 adults. Are the kids in addition to the adults? It would help to have more information.

Also, are you open to apartments? What time of year will you be going? And for how long?

For what it’s worth, most double beds in Europe can be converted to twin beds by just pushing them apart.

Almost all Paris hotels can separate beds into 2 twins but they will be close together.

So you are going to need 7 rooms?

Do you have a budget?

And assuming this is for May 2026 which does not give you much time.

So 4 chaperones and 10 graduates?

So 2 rooms for the chaperones and 6 rooms to house the grads?

How many are students and how many chaperones? In other words, what is the total, 14? Two rooms for deach chaperone couple? How many male students, how, many females? Just in case there are some triple rooms. And please, answer these questions in your France forum post to get more answers, not here in the review section.
How many nights in London and how many nights in Paris?

Shasha, you might want to go on Booking.com, which has a lot of hotel listings. Once you are there, put in your filters, including the dates you need, the number of rooms you need and the area of Paris that you are looking for (although at this late date, you probably can't be too particular). I just did a quick search on Booking.com and came up with a number of places that have rooms available that might work for you. Here is a link to the search results, so I would suggest that you go through there and see if anything fits your needs.

I also did a quick search on AI, which recommended that you try hotelplanner.com or Priceline, that lets you receive quotes from multiple hotels that can accommodate 7 to 8 rooms together. You also might try some of the chain hotels like Accor, Ibis, Astotel or Holiday Inn.

Keep in mind that Paris hotels are very strict about the number of guests in a room so you cannot squeeze extra teenagers into a room. Also I would be booking as soon as possible, as May is very much in demand and there will be many, many hotels that are fully booked by now.

I’m sorry I know this is going to sound rude, but those are not boys and girls. They are men and women if they have graduated from college.

Carol, you are correct. I was thinking the same thing and I am glad you put it into words.
