Mr & Mrs Smith and Locke Paris properties

Has anyone stayed at or checked out the following Mr & Mrs Smith Paris, (from the Hyatt app) properties?
Salvia, Hôtel Adèle & Jules or Hôtel des Academies et des Arts

or (not Mr & Mrs Smith property)
Le Jardin de Verre by Locke. I noticed this one in a post but it didn’t include a review.

I usually stay at the Maison Chomel in the St Germain des Prés area. Unfortunately, they are nearly fully booked during my planned visit first week in September 2026 and only larger rooms outside my budget are available.

I’m traveling solo and would like to keep the rate to €300 / night.

My requirements are quiet room with a comfortable bed – I’m like the princess and the pea when it comes to sleep. I don’t eat breakfast at the hotel so, that’s not important.

I realize these are all in different arrondissements, and I’m interested in trying somewhere new. I am comfortable with the metro and don’t mind a good walk.

I searched “Paris hotels” on this forum and checked out the usual recommendations on booking.com but these were new to me and I’d like to read any first hand experiences that someone is willing to offer.
Thank you very much.

My go to for a number of visits was the Hotel
Muget. Its in the 7th. 20 minute stroll to the base of the Effiel Tower.

Thank you Claudia.
That looks like a great location.
It's a little over the budget for this trip but I'll keep it in mind for a time when my husband joins me.

I just stayed at hotel Bonaparte on rue Bonaparte near st Suplice and it was quiet with comfortable beds. The stairs are tight spiral and there's a small elevator I didn't love but it was under 200 euros a night I believe. Coffee machine available for all guests regardless of breakfast paying or not. 24/7 desk attendant and I was overall happy with it.

Mardee, thank you for the search results. I searched the forum and read reviews and recommendations in those and other threads. I noted the hotels mentioned and read reviews on booking.com and tripadvisor. After I choose the best option, I’ll book directly with the property.
I enjoyed reading the trip report of your travels with your grandchildren. Looks like a fantastic experience.

pbscd, thank you for the suggestion. The location is great and the property seems to be available for my dates. It’s definitely on the list.

Jules, I stayed at Le Jardin de Verre last October and would stay there again. It is very close to a metro stop, as well as the Jardin de Plantes, and the remains of a Roman arena—three selling points for me. On the minus side, a walk to the Orsay took about 35 minutes because the hotel is on the far east side of the 5th. I like hotel rooms that have a place to sit besides the bed, so Locke’s studio style worked for me., and I made use of the kitchenette. The hotel staff was young and friendly, but I was surprised that Nespresso coffee pods had to be requested via WhatsApp rather than at the front desk. I’m old!

PatR, thank you so much for the response and review.
I also like a studio. This property maybe the winner for this trip.
