Has anyone used the new low cost Izy trains. I am traveling from Paris to Brussels next spring and the rates are much lower. I know there are luggage restrictions etc.
Anyone's personal experiences would be helpful.

Thanks for the response. I posted the question on the transportation forum myself. I asked the question after reading the info on the seat 61 site. I am looking for someones personal experience if possible.
