Has anyone used the new low cost Izy trains. I am traveling from Paris to Brussels next spring and the rates are much lower. I know there are luggage restrictions etc.
Anyone's personal experiences would be helpful.

Joni, I don't have any personal experience, but the expert, the man in seat 61 says the other disadvantage (as well as the luggage restriction) is that they use the classic non-high-speed line within France so take 2h10 instead of 1h22,

Looks like if you are doing carryon for your flights you should be okay with their luggage restrictions.

They also only run 1 - 2 times per day: www.izy.com. As long as you don't buy a standing-room ticket, you should have a pretty standard train travel experience.
