Help getting online tickets to Louvre!

Hi, I'm trying to purchase online tickets for the Louvre in September. I keep getting an error message saying: "The contact 2501972447 is disabled." I think I have corrected an earlier problem entering in the correct US area code, but now I keep getting this error message and the system won't allow me to go any further! Any help would be very much appreciated! Thank you!

At what point in the order process are you getting the error message. Are you able to create an account?

It has been reported that some email addresses aren't being accepted. Are you using Gmail, which seems to work, or something else?

Can you use another device? Phone if you’re using a laptop. Laptop if you’re using an iPad, etc.

I just had this problem and posted a similar question last week.
Send a message to the help center and they will help you. Super nice.
Mine was an issue of the credit card being approved, even though I told my bank about this trip.
Then, not knowing that was the issue I made too many attempts and I got blocked out.
I sent a help request and reminded my bank and was able to purchase the tickets the next day. Although it still took me two attempts.
