Louvre tickets purchasing issue

I am trying to purchase tickets and am having a horrible time with the website.
I get all the way pay and then there are issues.
Now it will not let me log in.
Has anyone experienced this, or have advice for me?

Some people on the Forum have posted that they have had difficulty if they have any kind of "different" email address - but that when they created a Gmail address, it worked.....

Thank you.
I used my gmail address.
I am wondering if there are issues with the website when many people are trying at the same time.
I am hope that is it and I can get through tomorrow.

I had problems with the website this spring and after a number of tries my account was locked. I sent an email to customer support and this was their reply:

"We would like to inform you that your account was temporarily blocked for security reasons.
However, our team has reactivated it, and it should now be fully operational.

If you continue to experience issues when trying to access your account, please follow the steps below:

Clear your browser history and cache.
Use simple characters (without accents or special characters) in your account information.
If you have one, use a VPN to change the location of your connexion, or disable it.
Recreate a new account with another simple e-mail address from another provider (yahoo, gmail, etc)."

So you might try contacting support if you still can't log in to your account. (There's a link at the bottom of the official webpage. "Contact us"). And since you're using a gmail address to start, you can try some of their other suggestions.
