Hi,
We arrived in France last Saturday and realized that we forgot to pack our RS France book/bible. We were in Colmar and saw the major sites, but now we're in Beaune and can't remember the "must-sees." Please post recommendations! Thanks in advance.
Susan,
The #1 sight there..... Hospice de Beaune!

Gorgeous church, wonderful tapestries depicting scenes in the life of the Virgin Mary.
The Saturday morning market is pretty cool, too.
If you have a smart phone, you can download the book.
Yes, I agree with Philip! I download any guidebook to my Kindle app on my iPad Mini.
Moutarderie Fallot. The only mustard using all French grown mustard seeds. Everywhere else (even Dijon) gets their seeds from Canada!
If you like mustard - particularly the sharp varieties - and are curious about its ingredients and production process, this is the place to go.
There is an interesting informative tour of a small museum accompanied by a guide's explanations. Visitors can even try their hand at producing their own mustard...
You must have a reservation for the tour, so check out their website to see availability.

Look at the “things to do” section on TripAdvisor for wherever you’re at to see if anything appeals to you. Your must-see and mine probably aren’t the same.
Thanks everyone! I'll download the book and also appreciate your suggestions. I've googled for information, but we've become so dependent on Rick's guidebooks over the years that we feel lost without it!
