Moutarderie Fallot. The only mustard using all French grown mustard seeds. Everywhere else (even Dijon) gets their seeds from Canada!
If you like mustard - particularly the sharp varieties - and are curious about its ingredients and production process, this is the place to go.
There is an interesting informative tour of a small museum accompanied by a guide's explanations. Visitors can even try their hand at producing their own mustard...

Look at the “things to do” section on TripAdvisor for wherever you’re at to see if anything appeals to you. Your must-see and mine probably aren’t the same.
