Hello- My two tween daughters, husband and I will be traveling for 2 nights to Paris en route to visit my family in Germany. We will be coming via early morning ICE train from London after an overnight flight from Boston. I have been to the south of France but never Paris, and thus the stop over as it is a bucket list destination for me! Our hopes are to see the Eiffel Tower, do a river cruise, and see Notre Dame plus eat some yummy food and wander around a bit. We really just want to sight see and go at our leisure as we will be recovering from just arriving/ jetlag. I speak no French but am fluent in German and English. We would love a quad room if possible ($600 a night or less) with even a small view of the Eiffel Tower from a balcony. Does this exist? If not, a hotel with 2 double rooms that is reasonable ($300 a room per night since we will be paying for 2 rooms) within close walking distance of the tower is the 2nd option. We do not want to rent an apt as this is a quick trip and I am not familiar with Paris. Any/ all suggestions would be great. Bonus if breakfast is included! Thank you!
I suggest you delete this post and go back to your previous post that included more information.

My go-to hotels in the 7th near the ET both have ET view rooms but no balconies and no quad rooms with a view, I don't think. In both instances the view is the top 1/2-1/3 of the tower but you can get the twinkling lights. From one room in the Relais Bosquet I was able to lie in bed and watch the twinkle which was awesome, lol.
They may be in your price range depending on the season.
