I have read that there is a combination ticket for Muse l'orangerie & the Orsay. Does this still exist? If so, how much does it save? When I go to each museum website, it appears that I need to book times for each. I am tempted to just book each museum and be done with it. However, if there is significant savings, I would like to be able to take advantage of that. Can anyone enlighten me?
Thanks in advance!
I visited both museums in the summer of 2022 and I individually booked my tickets as I did not see any combo ticket. Booked time slot is 16 euro at the Musée d'Orsay website and Musée de l'Orangerie 12.50 euro on their website. I visited both on the same day. If you want to do that you need to go on a day other than Monday and Tuesday.
Perhaps I am incorrect but, I believe that the combo tickets for the Musee d'Orsay are with the Musee Rodin and the Museum of Decorative Arts. See https://community.ricksteves.com/travel-forum/france/combo-tickets-for-orangerie-and-orsay-museums You can buy so-called "combo" tickets at third party sites but I am not sure that they provide you any cost savings.
