I haven't seen this site mentioned here so thought I would share. What an intriguing idea, going to someone's home for dinner while traveling abroad. There are also tour opportunities. I'm leaning toward this for one of our evenings in Amsterdam. Withlocals

Hi Nance! Did you end up booking any of these? I checked out the website and it looks like such a cool idea! I think I am going to book something on my next trip to Europe. It's always so much fun to get a local's take on their city / food / culture, and I think it's fun to meet non-locals who are joining in on the experience. Thanks for sharing this!

I ended up not booking. Why? When I first looked the price was 32e pp. When I went to book it was up to 45e pp. Rubbed me wrong so we didn't do it. Sort of wish that we had but we had a great time without doing it.
