I will be in the Geneva/Lausanne area and am looking for a place to do wine tastings or take a cooking class (in English)..any suggestions?

Swiss Tourist Offices are just itching to hand out info. Try their brochures, wine listings, or other parts of that site. See also www.lavauxexpress.com for a cutesy train + cellar wine tasting on weekend evenings. A Google search also turned up this cooking class which does not necessarily feature Swiss cooking.
