For a traditional Choucroute Garnie, try Au Pont du Corbeau on the Quai St. Nicholas. A great place for lunch is Porcus at 6 Pl. du Temple Neuf. Porcus is a combination charcuterie (on the ground floor) and restaurant (1 flight up). When I was there, I’d advise making reservations though they’ll accommodate you without.
