Can anyone recommend a pharmacy or shop where I can purchase
protein powder in Paris? I am not packing mine in carryon as it is a powder
substance. I have tried the generic brands from CVS and don't care for taste at all.
If I can locate it there I'd buy it for the 2.5 weeks I'll be traveling. It helps me get the protein level my body reguires daily.
Our France book co-author thinks you will be able to find protein powder in pharmacies or health food stores. However, we are not aware of any security restrictions against powder (just liquids), and http://www.tsa.gov/ specifically says that protein powder can be carried onboard. It would be best for it to be labeled, in original packaging.
Last year others I know from my fitness forum, some people had theirs taken away.
Ok, I'll pack a few single packs of another brand I'm going to try & see how it goes.
