My wife and I are going to Spain in a few weeks. She is pregnant and want to avoid alcohol, but really want to take advantage of free tapas with ordering drinks. Anyone have suggestions on what alcohol-free drinks to order in this situation? Thanks.

Yes, bars will have a number of non-alcoholic options, soft drinks being the most likely, and probably costing as much as a glass of wine. Now as for free tapas, those will likely be more limited, more likely a few euro for a plate, or order off a menu.

Depending on where you are going in Spain, you will most likely find that tapas are not free with a drink purchase; the tapas and the drinks are bought separately. This, in turn, makes your life simpler (albeit pricier); just order the soft drinks of your choice and the tapas of your choice.
