I am looking to take one of the Europe tours, and I am wondering how other gluten-free travelers fared with the itineraries and restaurants they visited in Munich, Salzburg, and Hallstatt? I see on the FAQs that dietary restrictions beyond vegetarianism are "on our own," so I am really curious how this has worked out for other travelers with dietary restrictions beyond vegetariaism?
