Conde Nast Traveller recently published an article on the Ljubljana food scene. Looks good!

Thank you for posting this - I'll be there in 10 days so this is helpful!
It’s been several years since we were in Ljubljana but we had a really nice meal at Julija. I see that it’s still there and that it still gets good reviews! I remember having delicious meals made with fresh ingredients at almost every place we dined. Enjoy your time there!
Thank you for sharing this. I often post here when Ljubljana is mentioned. My favorite European city! As mentioned up thread our favorite restaurant is Julija. We ate there 3 times. It was less than 5 minutes from our apartment. There outdoor dining is very nice. Wonderful food, wine & vibe. This is where we were introduced to Pumpkin Seed Oil. I ended up purchasing several 100ml bottles that I tucked away carefully in my suitcase. Edited to add: https://www.visitljubljana.com/en/poi/julija/
I'll second the recomendation for Juilia. Lamb was wonderful. Great waitstaff.
I also heartily endorse the Julija recommendation!
