we recently added a night tour of Paris on our upcoming visit with the "Paris Authentic" car tour featured on Rick Steve's program. We've prepaid for the tour, but I'm curious about tipping. Is it similar to restaurants and taxis, or should I give the driver 10 euros or so? thanks for your input. Michael
