I know there are a number of good to very good restaurants in Tivoli Gardens. Does anyone have any experience with them and have any advice or recommendations. We are staying quite close by and this would be very convenient. (In latter October.)
The Restaurant Paafuglen ( “Peacock”) is excellent. It’s in a very old building that looks like a glass conservatory. In recent years when they were preparing to repaint the walls, a collection of artwork painted directly onto all the wall mirrors was uncovered for the first time since WW2 when they were covered over.
Like Tivoli Gardens, Restaurant Paafuglen is a fun place and is open for lunch and dinner.
Figaro and Fru Nimb also are excellent restaurants.
I too can recommend Nimb in Tivoli. You can enter from the street, if you don't want to visit Tivoli that day.
