German state broadcaster DW (Deutsche Welle) published a short 4.5-minute video in English about Bavarian Weisswurst or "white sausage". The video includes description about how the sausage is made, a traditional way of eating the sausage ("zuzeln"), and why sausages were consumed before noon.

DH loooooooves it. And he uses a knife. Me, not so much - it's a texture thing. He was over the moon to discover a German restaurant in a nearby city that had weisswurst on the menu. I was happy for the schweinehaxe instead.
