My spouse stayed at the Aerotel in T3. It's not cheap, but it is inside the terminal outside security.

There’s a Hilton Garden Inn at T2. A walkway connects T2 to T3. It’s about a ten minute walk but I seem to recall moving walkways if needed.

Above minicab spam reported.

Back to the question....and since you asked for WALKABLE........another vote for the Hilton Garden Inn. I've stayed numerous times and will be there again next week.

Easy underground walk from T3 and moving walkways part of the way are available.

There are few signs but to find the hotel you enter the car park (parking garage) on the arrival level of T2 and then you will see signs pointing to the hotel.

It's also step free as there are ramps, escalators and elevators to go between levels.

Agree - Hilton Garden Inn. It is a quick walk to T3. We stayed there last summer, and it was very convenient.

There's a Premier Inn at T4 which is nearly always a lot cheaper than the Hilton Garden Inn. So, if budget is an issue, you could try there - you would just need to get a free train or tube between the terminals and you might decide that was worth it.

My choice would also be the Premier Inn at Terminal 4 and then take the free shuttle to Terminal 3. So much cheaper! Covered, connected walkway to T4 so you can just push your bags over there, restaurant, bar, and easy check in.

My vote for Hilton garden inn

We just got back from Two weeks in uk. We came in from bath via national express. Dropped us off t2/t3

Walked to t2 to the Hilton to stay one night . Very easy…. Then walked over to our terminal to come home.

We probably will do the same again in 2024 if we fly out of London to come home in June

One more vote for the Hilton Garden Inn. Very easy to access either terminal 2 or 3.
