Hello friends, I have been daydreaming about my next vacation trip and wanted to ask, What’s the most underrated travel destination you’ve visited? I have been looking for hidden places with stunning natural beauty and peaceful destinations. I would love to hear your recommendations.
Slovenia is low on most people's radar (though getting a little more attention). It's drop-dead gorgeous with many eco-friendly places to visit. My trip report about 25 days there in 2019: https://community.ricksteves.com/travel-forum/trip-reports/25-days-in-slovenia
Welcome to the Forums
since your question is in the England Forum I presume your question is limited to England?
If you are talking anywher in the world, then Bhutan would come top of my list.
As you have posted under England, I presume that it is Britain that you are asking about hidden gems?
A thread in 2023 was more or less about the same thing and people suggested some brilliant places that are less well known:>

UK - think areas like Dorset, East Anglia (Suffolk and Norfolk), Peak District, North York Moors or Northumberland. In Scotland think Dunmfries and Galloway. All of these are off the usual tourist itineraries.
