Can you recommend a serviced apartment in London near.....

Looking for advice, can you recommend a serviced apartment hotel near Covent Garden or Borough Market? Also considering Earls Court Area. We are 3 people so we are looking fir 2 bedrooms, kitchen and elevator. I just want clean, comfortable, and available. We are traveling in November for 12 nights.

Thank you for any help. The apartment we were supposed to stay in is being taken off the market for renovations. Just my luck. We are checking London connections and Airbnb but I think I'm just too tired to start searching again. I thought I had found the place.

Thank you for any and all help.

Near Covent Garden: Citadines Holborn. They also have some other good locations.

Near Borough Market: Go Native have some serviced apartments in nearby Bermondsey and also a very nice block just across the river at Monument.

I was about to suggest Go Native Monument as well--excellent location for bus connections (and Tube as well but I seem to recall this family has one who would prefer not to use the Tube).

You could also search on booking.com-–you can filter for apartments and by location.

Fraser Suites have apartment buildings all over London. I have never stayed in any of them but I know people who have and truly enjoy them.

Emma is right. November is near and that month is big in London for large trade shows.

In this case, with the short time frame until you travel, and the number of days involved, you might think about using the services of a travel agent to see if the can help you. I don't think they charge for their services.

Other than that, maybe if you contact some of the apartment/hotels headquarters, they would have a broader picture of what is available. Citadines has been mentioned ( we stayed at Citadines South Kensington in May). Also, Fraser suites, and a few others have been mentioned.

I wouldn't rule out the breaking up the time option, either.

Good Luck!

Wow, I remember how much you went through earlier this year to decide to rent this apartment. I'm sorry it's being "taken" from you so (relatively) soon before your trip. I hope that the owner is being honest with you!!!

Thanks Kim......We had contacted them to ask if the carpets were synthetic or wool as I am really allergic to wool. They said they did not know but that it was scheduled to be changed in July to hardwood so no problems at all. Now they had a long term rental that kept staying longer and will only be able to do the repairs in late October/early November and can't guarantee our dates. soooooo the hunt is on.

We have a promising lead in Chelsea but I have never researched that area and I am unsure of the area......looking into it now.

We recently spent ten days in lovely Chelsea. We didn't want to leave our neighborhood! We will definitely return there next trip to London.

Sloane Avenue....so sorry.....I was not aware that so mane places were named that way.

In Nine Elms, all I got was Embassy Gardens and an overhead view. It is near the Thames about a block from it. They say a 10 minute walk to the tube station.....I will have to look up which one. This one does not have that neighborhood feel we were hoping for but the apartment is new and huge.

I can second the recommendation for any Citadines location. We used the Holborn site many years ago when we took our kids. Almost like a hotel- just had to clean up after ourselves and make our own beds. There was an attendant at the front desk during business hours. There was also a breakfast room (extra cost). We picked up breakfast and evening snack stuff at a local small grocery each day.
