Best Prague Art Museum

Greetings!

I'll be in Prague for two and a half days in June. I love art museums and have time for maybe visiting two art museums in Prague. One will be the Mucha Museum. What should the second one be? What do you think is the must-see art museum besides the Mucha Museum?

If you are interested in medieval religious art, the Convent of St. Agnes of Bohemia has a collection worth seeing. My daughter and I really enjoyed our visit there.

As an art historian my "must see" is the Lobkowicz Palace Museum where you can see one of the 5 (of the original 6) existing large scale works by Pieter Bruegel the Elder. "Haymaking" (1565) is in splendid condition and perhaps the one that has been preserved the best. It's got a really good presentation there. 3 of the surviving "Seasons" series can be seen in Vienna and 1 is in New York.

Thank you for all your good advice. I'm going to choose the Lobkowicz Palace. If I happen to have time for another museum, then I'll do the Medieval Museum at St. Agnes.
