I am planning to be in Zagreb May 27, 2021 for 3 nights. I was looking at staying at the InZagreb apts. They looked absolutely lovely online and to be at a great location. Just one little problem in this COVID world. If you have to cancel the first 3 nights are non refundable , though you do receive a travel voucher for a future visit. 4 City Windows also looks absolutely lovely but they have not returned my emails. Any other recommendations that would be in a great location, moderately priced and refundable if I was unable to travel due to COVID. I have to say I have booked almost 3 weeks worth of rooms and flights and this has been the first reservation that is nonrefundable when given adequate time notice

4 City Windows was fantastic, we were there in September 2017. They may not be currently open, as I cannot get website for them and I remember booking directly with them. And a booking site says they are not currently taking reservations. It also may be that they are not booking this far out because of Covid. Under our current travel conditions you are probably safe giving them, or another place in Zagreb, a few months and then trying. This was a great place with great owners and it would be a shame if they did not survive. I understand about the desire to have everything booked as far in advance as possible, as that is what we do, but you can probably wait Zagreb out.

You might check to see whether you can find something with a friendlier cancellation policy on booking.com.

We stayed in Zagreb 2 times, for a month each time. If you want super clean, central location for a great price try
http://www.visitzagrebapartments.com. We stayed in the Emerald Apartment. Highly recommended! I am not sure what their cancellation policy is currently.

Thanks for all of you taking the time to reply. The InZagreb apt. have contacted me and are going to waive the 3 nights nonrefundable .
