Restaurant recommendations in Rovinj

Can anyone recommend any good restaurants in Rovinj? We enjoy trying the local cuisine. Also, curious if anyone has attended the Batana Boats Parade with dinner at the Spacio (Spacio Matika). If so, would you recommend it?
