We are probably too late -- but wanted to get a reservation for the two of us at Restaurant 360 in Dubrovnik on May 17. Looks to be more than full. Any other suggestions for a great restaurant there?

Definitely Kupon. It is located at the top of the staircase to the left.
Also there is a restaurant with 2 locations.
One is a pass through across from the St Blaise church. You can’t miss it since it has a terrace. Gradska Arsenal is the name. You can sit there and people watch or pass through and sit on the harbor side with water views. The other (Dubrovka) location is right outside the Pile Gate to the left. Ask for a table with water views. We’ve sat and just had wine with cheese & crackers. No one rushes you. They also serve a nice breakfast.
There is a good and popular pizzeria (will update with name).
