This hotel has an ideal location. We stayed in a double room with Sea View in the Marco Polo building. We entered the building through a door downstairs and went up some fairly steep stairs to open the door to our room which was really nice and cute with the advertised harbor view. There is no staff in the building, but the Porta Antica office is nearby if you need anything. The location is amazing, right in the old town along what Rick calls the restaurant row, so only steps to dinner. We especially enjoyed walking around town in the early morning and late evenings when we had it to ourselves. Although there is no breakfast, there are both a small grocery and a nice bakery an easy walk from the door. Upon arrival, we got a parking pass to unload, and when we left, they gave us a lift to the parking in a golf cart. We only had backpacks and we were going to walk, but it was nice to have an easy commute to the car. The parking is outside of town, and we paid, but I think they can help you with free parking farther away.
