Our family stayed here after finding Villa Cissa in Rick's Croatia and Slovenia guide. The guide eludes to added expense which is true but more concerning was the lack of privacy - Veljko entered the apartment frequently when we were out - once turning off all the air conditioning we had left on in an attempt to get the apartment to be a bearable temperature. He posted that it was required to turn off AC when you left. If you have to do this during the summer and you are in the top floor units you will never be able to cool the place enough to sleep!
Also he requires a wire transfer of the deposit to reserve the apartment - if you do not do these frequently they are a time burner.
