Anyone have tips on where to get PCR test in Budapest for travel to Lisbon (for US Citizen)?
I would check with your hotel. If not I believe most pharmacy can either do a test or direct you to a testing site.
The pharmacies dont do them. You might walk into one that can do it. Good chance some of the better hotels could arrange it.
Or you can plan ahead. I would get it done at: https://firstmedcenters.com/ Nice place, good staff, reasonable prices and a good name to have with you in the event you need a doctor when in town.
If you read through the most recent Hungary posts there is one where someone recommended another place that is in Pest (mine is in Buda). They got the antigen, not the PCR, but I suspect they will do both.
The one I use is on the 4/6 Tram line. Get off at the 3rd stop (Széna tér stop) once you cross the bridge from Pest. Or, its a 5 minute walk from the Castle Hill District Vienna Gate
Here, I found the other place, the one in Pest:
An alternative is WhiteLab: We used https://whitelab.hu/
Wow! Thank you so much. Very helpful information to have!
