What are the Covid-19 testing time requirements before flying home from Europe

I have an Abbott BinaxNOW proctored test kit. I leave Athens, Greece on April 15 at 3:40pm with a brief layover in Istanbul on Turkish Airlines.
When exactly should I take my Covid test?

You must take your test no more than one day before departure. Meaning anytime April 14 up to just before your flight.
