We just completed the Village Italy tour Sunday 6/4. We started with a full tour of 25 people plus the guide, and no one got sick. (Two people left a day early, but their departure was not due to health.)
Our guide strongly encouraged us to mask up on the bus. She herself put on a mask when she needed to come back in the bus to interact with us. We masked up, and so did some other travelers on the bus, but most didn't.
There is a short train ride on the Cinque Terre part of the tour, and these trains were crowded. She encouraged us to mask up in the train, because an earlier tour reported some COVID, which she suspected was caught on the train.
