Does anyone know what we will need to obtain, as we are traveling from the US to the UK in May 2022.
Our itinerary is
1. 5 days in the UK then-
2. Fly from the UK to Barcelona, Spain and spend 2 days, then
3. Fly from Barcelona to Paris, France, spend 2 days in Paris and then
4. Fly from Paris to the UK and spend 2 day
5. Fly from UK to US
I have driven myself crazy looking at different web sites.
Any advice would be great thanks

Is it too late to change your plans? It seems hardly worth it to go to Barcelona or Paris for just 2 days. Especially since you will lose about a half day to changing locations. I would suggest picking one or the other. I would probably go with Paris.
To answer your question I believe the UK has no particular requirements for fully vaccinated travelers from the US.

Pick Paris OR Barcelona and spend 4 nights in one.
I have driven myself crazy looking at different web sites.
That will be nothing compared to enduring the hopscotch schedule you contemplate.
