Traveling end August 2021 in Ireland. Heads up need PCR test to get in. Most restaurants need a QRC reader to read menus, so load it on your phone. Also COVID restriction is all over the map. Some place want to see your CDC card, others do phone numbers and some temperatures. Most people pretty compliant on mask wearing. Hand wipes are complicated to get.
