Rules for Green Regions in Re-Open EU?

Hello everyone,

I'm using Re-open EU to get an understanding of what's open and travel restrictions, and there is a lot of info on yellow/orange regions, but not much on Green. What are the travel restrictions for Green, and what is open? I.E. Do you still need a vaccination card/document/evidence to travel to these regions . What about clubs and bars? It states regions in yellow, clubs and bars are closed, but what about places in Green? I'm assuming by the time I go (in August), most if not all the EU will be in green, so just trying to determine what events will become available by then (i.e. whether clubs/bars will be open).

The EU has made recommendations, but every country will establish its own policy. You will have to sort through it one country at a time; there is no EU standard or solution.

@sammahdi1994: On the main page for Re-open EU, there is a map of Europe with various counties/regions in red, orange, green, etc. Above the map dark blue bar marked "Measures in Place." To the right is a blue-bordered box marked "Travel Plan."

Click that box and you will be able to select "Country of Departure" and "Country of Destination." For departing from the US, use "Rest of World." Select your destination and click the "GO!" button. That will give you the current rules in fair detail. You can at that point also add a transit country or countries, e.g., if you are transiting Germany because you have connection in Frankfurt (witch is ok, actually).
