Question for people who have used QuickMD

So say I'm in France and, one day before my flight home, I get a positive test from a Paris pharmacy. I cancel my flight, find lodging, and sit it out for a few days. Now I get online with QuickMD. According to their web site, I can get the "Documentation of Recovery" if all of the following are true:

  • 10 days since your COVID-symptoms first started and 24 hours with no
  • fever without the use of fever-reducing medications and Other
  • COVID-related symptoms are getting better

Do they even look at my test result? And what if I'm asymptomatic?

Now when I try to fly home again, do I have to provide both my original test and my "Documentation of Recovery"?

Thanks.

Rob, I'm also still confused and hope someone that has used them will reply. I set up an account with them so I'd have it before traveling. Read through their site and didn't see where the 5 days from a positive test result as opposed to 10 days from symptoms was stated. I also had a hard time getting to the correct area on their site for requesting the document of recovery, two different places listed that's where you go to set up an appointment. When I selected either one there were no appointments available for one and over a week wait for the other. Don't think I was doing it correctly.

If someone has used QuickMD, could you share what you needed in your room, if anything, to prove you weren’t running a fever? Did they just ask you, or do we need to bring a digital thermometer with us? Anything else?

Thanks!

Rob (and others who were asking questions), read the post that @adehmis linked to - it has a ton of info on quick.md and the procedure for Covid. i just read it and found it very helpful.

Tanya, why do you keep posting this on the various threads? We have several examples of people who have indeed used quickmd for certificates of recovery with no difficulties. I have also heard good things about the company you linked to.

Do you personally know someone who had a problem and that is why you are on this campaign?

To answer the OPs question, we have had people report on other threads they received their certificate of recovery from quickmd after 5 days. Some have mentioned that their airlines added additional time restrictions about rescheduling. Others came right back after receiving their certificates.
